One of the branches of services which Posh! Nail Spa now offers is makeup and hair service, known as Makeup By Posh!. Under this, there are several options for ladies to pick from depending on your occassion. There is the Basic Makeup - a signature daytime look for RM98 and Classic Makeup - full makeover for RM148 / RM200 (outdoor). For the more advanced service, there also the Artistic Makeup Hairstyling - flawless look, complete with contouring with gorgeous hair up do for RM198 / RM 250 (outdoor). From the humble beginnings of offering basic manicure services, Posh! Nail Spa have since expanded their nail services to offer various different options to cater for the ladies’ choice of pampering. There are three different types one can pick from ; The Indulgence, The Essential and The Express … with the crowd’s favourite being the The Indulgence. It begins with Posh! sugar scrub with water lily extract to exfoliate the hands and feet. It’s followed by trimming and shaping of nails, callus removal, cuticle treatment, light massage and polish of your choice.
The Essential consists of trimming and shaping of nails, callus removal, cuticle treatment, soothing lotion and ending it with a polish of your choice. Whereas The Express is the perfect quickie which includes trimming and shaping of nails with change of polish.
Whilst I was there for the Butterfly Project Malaysia Soiree Party, I had the chance to try The Express, given that we only had limited time at the event. This is definitely recommended for ladies who are in a rush of time but needs to have fabulous nails too! Nail Spa revamped TTDI outlet, we were treated to fine Moscato wine sponsored by Winetalk Malaysia and accompanied with exquisite, delicate French desserts by La Rose Noire at the Butterfly Project Malaysia Soiree Party. Personally, I’m never been a fan of sweet desserts and I would usually avoid them because of the aftertaste that comes with eating sugary sweet food.
However, these desserts by La Rose Noire have pretty much won me over with their decadent desserts of hand-crafted macarons, Les Petitclairs, Les ChouChous and Les Tartes Passion. Other than the macarons, the rest of the desserts are new to me, which intrigued me to give them a try each. The Les Petitclairs comes in many flavours and actually has a combination of two flavours ; the filling and topping have different flavour. One of few favourites is the Chocolate + Passion Fruit and Lemon + Raspberry.

Les ChouChous is a light, airy and fluffy pastry dough that contains flavoured whipped cream. Once again, from the pictures, you can see that there are so many different choices in flavour from Mango + Passion Fruit, Double Chocolate to Black Currant + Vanilla. But my favourite is actually the Nutty Caramel & Vanilla! Imagine sinking your teeth into the chouchous, you’ll taste the texture of the pastry and then a burst of whipped cream in your mouth. This is food porn right here, an orgasm in your mouth. :p if you can imagine it.
But my favourite of them all is, the Les Tartes Passion. These adorable sized tarts have mini toppings and filling, within a tiny crust. They look extremely delicate to honestly, be eaten but trust me, you cannot resist them. I kept going for second helpings of different flavour after I tried Pear Chocolate. But I love the Caramel Almond the most! The caramel was just the right sweetness, and chunky almond bits made it even more yummy!
It was an afternoon spent indulging in sinfully delicious desserts by La Rose Noire , whilst sipping on fine Tenimenti Ca'Bianca’s Moscato wine at the cosy space of Posh! Nail Spa. It was truly, a pampering afternoon spent with the Butterfly Project Malaysia, especially in the company of fellow bloggers.
